Operation Tarte Tatin - Bake your way to Wellington!
Are you the best patissier in town? If you can convince our professional judges that you make the best Tarte Tatin, you could win a trip to Wellington!
All you need to do is bring us your best Tarte Tatin creation on Saturday 1st May at 12pm.
Not a baker? Come along and enjoy the event - and some delicious tart too.

This competition is open to those aged 18 and over and the prize, as described, is provided to the winner only. The date cannot be changed (but dependent on COVID-19 alert levels), neither can the content of the prize be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash. It includes transport to/from Wellington (arrival on 20 May, return on 21 May) and a one-night accommodation (20 May). A shuttle service will operate transfers to the French Residence and Cordon Bleu New Zealand. Individual airport/railway station transfers aren't covered.
