Animation Fest is an opportunity to explore a few of the many fantastic and creative animated works produced by French directors, as well as a chance to experience French culture.

This event is held at our club room at 15 Bond Street. Everyone is welcome, but please register your attendance.

Due to the move to Alert Level 4, the Alliance Française Dunedin is now closed.

Students enrolled in classes: Your teachers are making plans and will contact you soon to let you know how/if your class can continue online. Please don't hesitate to contact them or email us if you have any questions.

Languages and Cultures French Programme Teaching Fellow Dr Christiane Leurquin has become the first Pacific person to receive the Fédération des Alliances Françaises de Nouvelle-Zélande’s John Dunmore Medal, for distinguished contribution to knowledge of the French language and culture in the Pacific, most notably New Caledonia.

Come to the Dunedin Club with us on the 10th June for a fancy evening of spirit tasting with Theo Arndt from Cardrona Distillery. You'll be welcomed with a French Martini and Theo will share a range of drinks with you throughout the evening meal. More details and registration info here.

From April 2021, you have another opportunity to brush up your French, meet our members, have a laugh or just relax with this new monthly event.
